It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid ID proof, permits, and any required documents during the journey. Hike Himalayan will not be responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.

7. Safety & Conduct

Travelers must follow instructions given by tour leaders, guides, and staff.

Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior harmful to others or the environment may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Hike Himalayan acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for delays, injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities or third-party service failures.
